  • Sporting Background & Achievements: Started at Leeds United at 8years old, progressing as a scholar there and making his professional debut for the club in the Championship at 20. During his time at Leeds he represented England U16-U20 and went to the U17 Euros and World Cup.

  • Career Transition Advice: It will seem weird at first to even think about a life where your job isn’t football. Talk to people about it and embrace the process, it’s actually quite enjoyable.

  • University & Subject: BSc Sport Science with Management, Loughborough University
  • Current Role: Recruiter
  • Career Transition Advice: The biggest thing really is to keep going. You’ve got to keep going. I’ve had quite a few setbacks but you have to keep pushing and keep going forward, because something will come out of it, like it has for me.
